Book Work & Random Missiles
Hi Subscribers! As already predicted in last Sunday’s newsletter, I had no time for any new blog posts, or indeed anything at all, other than working flat out on the proofs for my book all week. I thought of giving you a little preview, maybe one of the title page designs, but I’m not sure I’m allowed to do that yet. But I may ask my senior editor at the publishers if I could get permission to send a small-scale taster of one or two of the content pages via this channel perhaps … as a kind of pre-advertising before the proper PR begins later this year. So instead the photo above was randomly picked from my archive of my former Facebook page posts, namely the one I posted on this day a year ago. It’s a display of ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) in the Cold War section of the US Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio. So, this is probably the shortest DT newsletter ever. But from tomorrow, once I’ve sent the revised proofs back to the publishers, I should have more time again, including for the blog and newsletter. Have a decent week. Best regards, Peter
